Terms & Conditions
- Security deposit : €1,000 paid by bank transfer to the owner 2 weeks before arrival and refunded approx. 2 weeks after departure, subject to inspection.
- Arrival time: 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. Departure time: 10 a.m.
- Energy costs included?: Yes.
- Heating costs included?: No. A surcharge for heating will be applied dependent on usage. Typical heating costs for a fully occupied chateau in winter are c. €100 per day.
- Linen & towels included?: Yes for weekly rentals, including pool towels. There is a surcharge of €21 per bedroom suite for short term rentals payable locally
- Pets welcome?: Well behaved dogs may be permitted, subject to prior agreement. There will be a charge of €25 per dog, payable locally.
- End of stay cleaning included?: Yes – this does NOT include basic cleaning tasks which are expected before you vacate the property. For example: · Wash up & tidy away all kitchen items, · Dispose of all rubbish and waste in the bins, Etc,.
- Smoking Allowed?: Outside only.
- Insurance: It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
- Pool heating charge?: No.
- Other Ts and Cs: The pool is open from May to the end of September. The pool has a rigid security cover. The pool is opened at 9 a.m. and closed at 8:30 p.m. each day
- Other Ts and Cs: Weddings may be allowed on request. Stag/hen parties and other celebrations/parties are not permitted.
