We absolutely understand the uncertainty that covid19 brings for Holiday plans. Where your bookings need to be cancelled due to documented Covid19 travel restrictions to/from countries or a documented lockdown is in place we offer;
1) alternative dates (including equivalent dates in the subsequent year at the same price).
2) If an alternative date is not suitable or not wanted, we offer full refunds.
We operated this policy to our clients' satisfaction in 2020 & 2021
and will continue this policy in 2022.
